This program is ideal for the self-starter who isn’t ready to commit to a monthly plan or budget conscious individual with targeted goals or a specific situation they need to work through. The focus is on creating an action plan and or initiating a pattern of change.

4 – One-on-one private coaching sessions by phone.

First Session: 60 minutes

Sessions 2-4: 30 minutes

You get limited email support between sessions and limited coaching materials and resources for the length of the package.

Initial Forms: Goals Form to break down and assign milestones to achieve, Call Strategy Form before each session to allow you to gather your thoughts, prepare for the coaching session and leverage every minute of your coaching session, Frequent Evaluations to ensure you are receiving the support you deserve and are experiencing a return on your investment.
Concrete exercises and tools to address specific needs and issues as they arise.
Weekly assignments or inquiries to keep the growth alive between sessions.
Email support between sessions to answer questions, for accountability, or just to brag about your success.

Girlfriends Coaching Parties

Are you located in the San Francisco Bay Area? Schedule and gather your girlfriends with all the challenges, what ifs, dilemmas, dreams and goals for a fun interactive coaching session with Coach Monica. Host an event for a minimum of 6-20 of your girlfriends.

You will get my creativity, energy, enthusiasm, insight & feedback in an atmosphere (your home) of fun, relaxation, understanding, & support. You and your guests will be renewed, refreshed and motivated!

A 3 hour coaching party costs $50 per participant, with a 6 guest minimum and the hostess is FREE! A $25 charge will be added for all parties held beyond 30 miles of zip code 94565.
